Experience: Minimum 5 years bank compliance experience required. Previous experience as a bank compliance officer preferred
Other: Certified community bank compliance officer or equivalent thereof, proficient in word and excel, broad knowledge of banking regulations and procedures in order to create the best solutions to compliance issues that arise, strong project management and communication skills
Job Functions will include but not limited to:
Effectively administer and oversee the activities of the Compliance Department, including reviewing, project consulting, and reporting, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Including but not limited to the review of work performed for adequacy of coverage, identification of compliance risks, and adequacy of agreed upon action plans.
Develop and maintain a risk assessment to evaluate compliance exposure in different business lines and products and ensure all applicable areas and regulations are reviewed as necessary.
Effectively administer and oversee administration of the Compliance Department including department strategy, goals, scheduling, training, career growth, salary administration, consulting and reporting.

Education: College degree or equivalent related experience
Experience: 5 to 10 years related experience preferably in commercial lending. Extensive knowledge of commercial non-real estate lending policies and procedures. Extensive knowledge of lending services and related areas. Good managerial, communication and sales skills. Must be able to handle daily job duties with little supervision. Understands the importance of bank confidentiality.
Job Functions: Will include but not limited to: Manages operations of the assigned city and exercises the usual authority of a manager regarding staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, disciplinary action, and terminations. Manages the loan portfolio of the assigned city: maintains personal portfolio by extending loans to customers, manages officer calls for assigned city, obtains and analyzes financial statements, assists other loan officers with difficult or complex loans, appraises real estate and other property used for collateral, manages loan collections, renewals, and extension for the assigned city, manages problem loans and repossessions, approves loans in excess of subordinates lending authority.
