Job Title: CSR II

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Benson, NC

Position Grade: 12          

Salary Range: $32,213 to $40,267

Education: High school diploma, or equivalent level of knowledge.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of banking experience / 2 years of CSR experience required.

Job Functions will include but not limited to: Promotes and sells bank services by: opening new accounts (checking, savings, CD's, IRA's),referring customers to loan officer when appropriate, opening and maintaining all safety deposit boxes and night depository contracts, selling travelers checks, receiving and processing ATM/Debit card and Visa/Master card merchant applications, indentify customer needs and recommend products that fit the needs of the customer, provide customer alternative banking products such as:-Commercial Services Products- -Financial Services Products--Mortgage Products--Electronic and Mobile Banking Products. Job Title: Loan InPut Clerk

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Position Grade: 7          

Salary Range: $24,116 to $27,405

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in this field or related area.

Other: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills utilizing Excel and MS office.

Job Functions will include but not limited to: Under the Supervision of the Loan Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for performing basic clerical duties in the operations department, including such activities as recording entries, filing, typing, and completing forms.  Also, inputs lists of items, numbers, or other data into computers and proofread new entries to database for accuracy.

Input corrections found from Loan Operations and Loan Operations managers reviews
Verify input on system (cross-check loan doc prep work)
Clear non-post items
Block posting each afternoon
Account maintenance -assist branches with problems
Verify changes made to loans from loan maintenance report daily
Balance credit life monthly
Work non-accrual interest paid report monthly
Check in all new loans, modifications, and PRA's from new notes audit report daily
Work interest fluctuation report daily.


Job Title: Adjuster II

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Four Oaks, NC

Position Grade: 10          

Salary Range: $29,344 to $34,523

Education: High school diploma, college degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience within a banking or finance related environment. Minimum 3 years Adjuster experience.

Other: Proficient in word, excel, Outlook and current bank software. Thorough knowledge of "Fair Debt Collection" polices. Ability to multitask.

Job Functions will include but not limited to: Provide telephone collection assistance to branch loan and bankcard departments and perform various clerical duties necessary to reduce overall loan delinquency within the bank. Make collection recommendations when necessary to reduce potential for a loan loss on an assigned loan account. Contact delinquent customers and negotiate payment arrangements on past due loan &

bankcard accounts. Document collection efforts and assignments. Make recommendations to management on chronic delinquency issues such as legal action or account charge-offs.


Job Title: Teller

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Clayton, NC

Position Grade: 6          

Salary Range: $22,330 to $25,375

Job Functions: Accepts deposits and payments from customers. Cash checks and processes withdrawals. Issue cashier’s checks and money orders. Balances cash drawer. Promote and explain other bank products. Maintain strict confidentiality and abide by the bank’s privacy policy.


Job Title: Loan Officer - Mortgage Division

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Raleigh, Apex and Southern Pines market areas

Position Grade: 18          

Position Salary Range: Commission Income

Education:   College degree or equivalent related experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Experience: Minimum of 3 years current mortgage origination experience. Proven production record within the last 3 years. NMLS registration required.

Other: Excellent communication skills required, strong computer skills

Job Functions:  Guides clients through the process of applying for a loan and works in conjunction with the borrower to secure the loan. Responsible for gathering from the borrower basic information about the purpose of the loan and their ability to repay the amount borrowed. Shops for the best type and source of loan and interest rate for the borrower. Analyze the information provided and evaluate anticipated results. Communicate with people outside the organization and develop business relationships.
