Job Title: Loan Operations Specialist lll

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Four Oaks, NC

Salary Range: $27,171 to 31,965

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business/Finance preferred

Experience:  Required minimum 3 years of loan operations background in creating and reviewing all loan document types

Job Functions:  Under supervision of the Loan Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products that accurately represent the loan commitment and terms offered to the borrower.

Job Functions:  Develop and analyze all types of credit information. Work independently to review complete loan packages, review all documents, including projections, prepare analysis and make the appropriate recommendations. Approve or deny loans within individual loan authority. Verify components and overall credit risk and assign risk grades as appropriate. Perform loan servicing of assigned loans, which may include making decisions pertaining to impairment, collateral dependency or workout actions.


Job Title: Commercial Lender

Job Type: Full Time- Exempt

Job Location: Garner Station, NC

Position Grade: 22

Position Salary Range: $59,659.60 to $85,229.04

Experience: 2-3  years related experience preferably in commercial lending. Extensive knowledge of commercial non-real estate lending policies and procedures. Extensive knowledge of lending services and related areas.

Job Functions: Develop and manage loan accounts (primarily commercial business) which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the bank with minimum risk. Develop new business by contacting prospects and customers as well as cross selling bank products and services. Participate in community activities to increase the bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.


Position Job Title: Chief Credit Officer

Position Job Type: Full Time - Exempt

Position Job Salary: $108,548.96 to $155,070.24

Education: College degree in Business, Finance or Economics

Experience: 10 to 15 years previous financial institution experience with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role as a comprehensive credit/lending manager with a financial institution. Extensive experience in commercial, real estate, construction and consumer lending and loan portfolio management. Strong financial analysis and loan underwriting skills.

Other: Excellent managerial, communication and time management skills

Position Job Functions: Will include but not limited to: Lead and mentor the central credit team of 6 to 10 credit professionals.  Monitor the loan portfolio to ensure that staff and lenders operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  Maintain, update and recommend changes to the Bank’s credit and lending policies.  Communicate and interpret lending policies.  Lead cross functional teams on projects such as credit re-engineering.  Update managerial and reporting processes around credit quality and risk reward tradeoff.  Participate in executive level committees (loan committee, special assets committee, pricing and product management committee) and meetings of the Board of Directors.  Update the executive team and board on changing conditions in the market with respect to credit, loan performance, industry trends, ALLL, etc.  Manage larger problem loans and manage and monitor workout activities.  Participate in all overall management of the Bank and assist in achieving the long-term profitability, influencing asset quality and prudent long-term strategic direction.
