Education: 4 year degree or equivalent level of knowledge

Experience: 2 years minimum experience in office administration, previous investment office and compliance experience preferred

Other: strong telephone, communication and office logistics skills required, wide range of office technology proficiency including word, excel, outlook, and industry specific applications (e.g.NetXPro, LaserAps, etc), attention to detail and ability to multi-task required

Job Functions:

Provide support for all sales, marketing, product processing, office logistics and client service activities. Assist with general administrative duties. Schedule and coordinate appointments. Create and maintain client files.


Job Title:  Teller

Job Type:  Part Time-Non-Exempt

Job Location:  Garner, NC

Job Grade:  6

Salary Range:  $10.53 to $11.96

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:  Previous teller experience preferred, not required.

Job Functions:  Accepts deposits and payments from customers.  Cash checks and process withdrawals.  Issue cashier’s checks and money orders.  Balance cash drawer.  Promote and explain other bank products.  Maintain strict confidentiality and abide by the bank’s privacy policy.


Position Title:  Commercial Lender I

Job Type:  Full Time- Exempt

Job Location:  Clayton, NC

Job Grade:  22

Salary Range:  $59,659.60 to $85,229.04

Education:  College Degree or equivalent related experience

Experience:  2-3 years related experience preferably in commercial lending.  Extensive knowledge of commercial non-real estate lending policies and procedures.  Extensive knowledge of lending services and related areas.

Other:  Good managerial, communication and sales skills.  Understands the importance of bank confidentiality.

Job functions include but not limited to:

Develop and manage loan accounts (primarily commercial business) which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the bank with minimum risk.

Develop new business by contacting prospects and customers as well as cross selling bank products and services

Participate in community activities to increase the bank’s visibility and to enhance new business opportunities


Position Title:  Head Teller

Job Type: Full Time - Non- Exempt

Job Location: Four Oaks, NC

Job Grade: 10

Salary Range: $ 28,768.00 to $ 33,846.00

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:  3 years  previous teller experience required

Other: Supervising/leadership skills -- good communication skills , both verbal and written - well developed team skills - unquestioned integrity

Job Functions include but not limited to:

Responsible for coordinating the work activities for all tellers within the assigned office. Must be fully knowledgeable of all teller functions and operate a teller station.  Promote and explain other bank products.  Maintain strict confidentiality and abide by the bank's privacy policy.
