Job Title: Loan Operations ll

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of loan related banking experience, specific loan operations experience preferred, mortgage experience a plus.
Other: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information, excellent oral and written skills, self motivated, attention to detail and accuracy skills, ability to achieve high production and quality standards.

Position Job Functions:
• Documentation and Input review for new loans and modifications, credit disputes and exceptions
• Researching and resolving internal/external customer inquiries regarding issues with loan accounts.
• Back-up for creation of Loan Documentation for new loans and modifications as needed
• Back-up for Loan input data to system
• Back-up for the appraisal process while maintaining other assigned duties.
• Must be proficient in Clerk I duties
• Mortgage loan experience a plus.

Experience: Previous teller experience preferred.

Position Job Functions:
Accepts deposits and payments from customers. Cash checks and processes withdrawals. Issue cashier’s checks and money orders. Balances cash drawer. Promote and explain other bank products. Maintain strict confidentiality and abide by the bank’s privacy policy.



Position Job Title:
BSA Compliance Specialist
Position Job Type:  Full Time - Exempt
Position Job Location: Four Oaks, NC
Position Job Grade: 17
Position Job Salary: $55,000 to $65,000

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience:  Proficient in Word and Excel, High knowledge of BSA requirements, Possess a broad knowledge of banking regulations and procedures in order to create the best solutions to compliance issues that arise, Possess strong project management and communication skills, Minimum five years banking experience.

Position Job Functions:
Will include but not limited to: Maintain a high level of BSA compliance knowledge to be used in a support function for Bank staff. Maintain and update as necessary, but at least annually, all BSA related policies and procedures including the required risk assessments. Develop, implement, and modify BSA related processes as necessary to ensure compliance throughout the Bank. Create and review all pertinent in house BSA, AML, and OFAC related reports for unusual activity, research, and document as necessary. Research of potential OFAC hits and submit required government reports on any customer match within required time frames. Maintain a list of and monitor activity of high-risk customers. Research and document suspicious activity and if deemed necessary file SAR within required time frame and report to the Board. Be listed as a FinCen 314b contact for the Bank.  Send requests as deemed necessary for investigations and respond to 314b requests submitted to the Bank. Research and respond to 314A FinCEN requests within required timeframe.  Be contact person for and maintain related software.  Responsible for leading projects for software changes and maintenance. Review CTRs prior to submission. Maintain CTR exemption files including identifying customers who qualify for exemption and performing reviews and filing reports as required to confirm and document eligibility for exemption. Prepare training material and organize training sessions for various BSA compliance issues. Maintain positive human relations with customers and Compliance associates. Assist in the training and development of other Compliance staff members. Conduct and/or assist with special projects as necessary, including the Federal Reserve BSA Examiners.  Attend training as necessary to stay abreast of regulation changes. Assist with other compliance related reviews. Assist the Internal Audit Department as requested.  Maintain knowledge of all applicable Bank Secrecy Act requirements in your job responsibilities and incorporate them into your daily job functions.  All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
