Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Three years minimum banking experience required - Completion of in-house underwriting course for both business and individual's - Completion of NCBA or approved Consumer Lending School

Job functions:
Document preparation:  Populate applications for all products and forward to me or calling officer  for customer completion. Product processing support: Merchant services, Request merchant statements from merchant prospects and/or referring banker; review to make sure they’re complete; follow up as needed, Forward statements to PPS  for analysis, Prepare supporting documents for application package, Track applications from submission to installation, Help with residual reports:  break-out of branch merchant lists, profitability by merchant lists, etc. Remote Deposit, ACH, Electronic Wire. Track application process through Electronic Banking. Understand and be able to key customer set up in BOB for ACH and Remote Deposit. Experience: Minimum of 3 years current mortgage origination experience. Proven production record within the last 3 years. NMLS registration required.

Job Functions:  
Guides clients through the process of applying for a loan and works in conjunction with the borrower to secure the loan. Responsible for gathering from the borrower basic information about the purpose of the loan and their ability to repay the amount borrowed. Shops for the best type and source of loan and interest rate for the borrower. Analyze the information provided and evaluate anticipated results. Communicate with people outside the organization and develop business relationships.
