Position Job Functions:
Will include but not limited to: Perform all maintenance for the bank's credit card program, including new accounts, change and reissue requests, line increases, etc. Monitor the lost/stolen accounts for fraud, handle cardholder inquirers, process all payments made at branches, print, sort and distribute reports, prepare entries and daily activity log for month end reconciling. Prepare accounting of past dues, number of cards, and unfunded commitments monthly.  Verify all maintenance relating to the bank's ATM/Visa Check Card program (i.e., new    accounts, maintenance on existing accounts, and card activation).  Assist customers and employees with questions relating to the electronic banking department.  Process applications and other communications received through the bank's web site.  Assist in training of branch personnel.  Balance and verify ACH product maintenance.  Perform the backup and audit functions for the daily Fedline duties, ACH returns and corrections, cash orders, FR2900, and check adjustments. Perform the administrative functions of EFT.  Process incoming/outgoing wires via WireXchange.   Assist in third party ACH/Cash Letter processing.   Assist with Stored Value program.

Position Job Functions:
Will include but not limited to: Produce all project plan materials for various initiatives across the Company.
