Risk Management Officer

 Job Title: Risk Management Officer

Job Type: Full Time- Exempt

Job Location: Four Oaks

Position Grade: 23

Position salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000

Education: 4 year degree in BA, BS or BBA
Experience:  minimum of 3 years bank internal audit or other risk management experience required
Other: possess thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, products and services in all areas, strong human relations skills

Job Functions:
Assist the Chief Risk Officer with responsibilities related to the management and day to day oversight of Risk Management areas including but not limited to Risk Assessments, Fraud, Information Security, Vendor Management, Litigation, Enterprise Wide Risk Management, Regulatory coordination and reporting, and data analysis and reporting. Assist the CRO with managing the Vendor Management program and annual review process.
Assist the CRO with maintaining the Information Security Program including the development and implementation of annual risk assessment updates and Information Security Testing. 
Assist the CRO with reviews of new products and services, or changes to existing products and services, to evaluate of potential risk exposures, how they could be mitigated, and the effect of the product/change on the Bank’s overall risk profile and control systems. Assist the CRO with coordination of information gathering requests, preparation for, and required reporting to 3rd parties such as Safety & Soundness examinations, external auditors, attorneys, insurance agencies, etc.  
Assist the CRO with the creation, review, and maintenance of process and entity level risk assessments.


Internal Audit Director

Job Title: Internal Audit Director

Job Type: Full Time -  Exempt

Job Location: Four Oaks, NC

Position Grade: 23

Position salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience: Minimum 3 years bank internal audit experience

Job Functions: To plan, direct, and oversee the Internal Audit Activities as an independent arm of the Board of Directors of Four Oaks Bank, Four Oaks Fincorp, Inc., and their subsidiaries.  Report to the Audit Committee and CEO on the status of the audit plan as well as the completeness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the risk management and internal control structure throughout the Bank. Effectively administer and oversee the Internal Audit activities including auditing, project consulting, and reporting, to ensure adequacy of annual audit plan and accuracy and effectiveness of work performed, reporting, and issue resolution.  Effectively administer and oversee administration of the Internal Audit Activities including risk assessment, outsourced vendor proposal process, audit plan preparation and completion, resource scheduling and budgeting, consulting, management and board reporting, and vendor management. Effectively administer and oversee the Internal Audit Activities to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Including but not limited to steps to ensure adequacy of coverage, identification of risks, adequacy of agreed upon action plans, and timeliness of reporting. Development and implementation of an effective process for annual compliance with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Authorizing the publication of all audit reports and other formal audit correspondence with management and the audit committee. ________________________________________________________________________________________

Job Title: Loan Officer - Mortgage Division

Job Type: Full Time - Non Exempt

Job Location: Raleigh, Apex and Southern Pines market areas

Position Grade: 18          

Position Salary Range: Commission Income

Education:   College degree or equivalent related experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Experience: Minimum of 3 years current mortgage origination experience. Proven production record within the last 3 years. NMLS registration required.

Other: Excellent communication skills required, strong computer skills

Job Functions:   Guides clients through the process of applying for a loan and works in conjunction with the borrower to secure the loan. Responsible for gathering from the borrower basic information about the purpose of the loan and their ability to repay the amount borrowed. Shops for the best type and source of loan and interest rate for the borrower. Analyze the information provided and evaluate anticipated results. Communicate with people outside the organization and develop business relationships.
