1/9/17: - New MasterCards will mail, including MasterCard’s Guide To Benefits, a brochure detailing the card conversion and resulting benefits, and related account disclosures.
Upon Receipt: - Please active your new Debit MasterCard® upon receipt and destroy your old Visa Debit Card.

- Your Visa® Credit Card stopped working. New MasterCard® Credit Cards will work upon activation.

  • Activate your card as soon as possible upon receipt.             

    IMPORTANT:  To avoid any interruption in your ability to process debit card transactions, be sure to activate your new card as soon as you receive it.  Your old card will become inactive soon.
  • Activate and begin using your new card as soon as possible.

    IMPORTANT:  To avoid any interruption in your ability to process credit card transactions, be sure to activate your new card as soon as you receive it. Your old card stopped working as of 3:00 a.m. on January 22nd.
  • Call 1-800-992-3808 to activate your card and set your PIN. For security purposes, you can only select a PIN when calling from the home or mobile phone number listed on your account.
  • Call 844-269-3015 to activate your card and set your PIN. For security purposes, you can only select a PIN when calling from the home or mobile phone number listed on your account.
  • Your new MasterCard® will have a new number. If you have recurring or automatic payments set up on your existing card, please contact those merchants with your new card number, expiration date and CSV code.
  • You will continue to enjoy UChoose Rewards®. Your points will automatically convert from the former Visa® card number to your new MasterCard® number. You will not need to re-enroll and linked cards will be converted.
  • MasterCard SecureCode® will replace Verified by Visa. You will need to register during your first purchase at a MasterCard SecureCode® website.  MasterCard SecureCode® adds an extra layer of security to make it harder for someone else to use your MasterCard® to shop online in the unfortunate event your MasterCard® or account number is lost or stolen. Each time your MasterCard® is presented to make an online purchase at a participating merchant, MasterCard SecureCode® is working to make sure it is you who is attempting to make that purchase and not someone else.
